1. Select a design unit that you want to create a test for.
2. Right click to bring up the pop up menu.
3. Select 'New' menu item.
4. Select 'Test Bench...'
5. Specify the library that will contain your test bench
6. Specify the name of the test bench.
7. Specify the Block name that will host the actual test.
8. Click OK
