1. Click on 'File' Menu
2. Select the 'New' menu item
3. Select the 'Project...' menu item
4. Any active libraries will need to be closed before continuing
5. Specify the project name, location and a default library
6. Use the 'Advanced' checkbox to pull in libraries from other projects
