1. Click on File Menu
2. Select the 'Add' menu item
3. Select the 'Existing Design...' menu item
4. Choose the 'Add Specified Design Files (Default)' option
5. Specify the root directory containing your whole design
6. Select the set of files and folders to be added to your design and press OK
7. The wizard will continue to walk you through the process
