When generating HDL code with HDL Coder™, or when running a design with FPGA-in-the-loop, you select your target from the list of supported boards in either the HDL Workflow Advisor or the FIL Wizard. You can add additional boards to these tools using the FPGA Board Manager.

For FPGA-in-the-loop, you can use your own qualified FPGA board, even if it is not in the pre-registered FPGA board list supplied by MathWorks®.
