To use the Database Toolbox™ Interface for Apache Cassandra® Database, you must first install it. Ensure that the interface supports your Cassandra® database version.
The Database Toolbox Interface for Apache Cassandra Database supports these versions of the Cassandra database:

To install the Database Toolbox Interface for Apache Cassandra Database, follow these steps:
In the Environment section of the MATLAB® toolstrip, select Add-Ons > Get Add-Ons.
In the Add-On Explorer, search for the Database Toolbox Interface for Apache Cassandra Database.
Install the Database Toolbox Interface for Apache Cassandra Database.
The installer downloads and installs the Cassandra Java® driver. Then, the installer adds the driver to the static Java class path as part of the installation.
