Specify Optimization Options
This topic shows how to specify optimization options in the Response Optimizer, after you have configured the design variables and design requirements.
After you have configured the design variables and design requirements, specify the following optimization options:
Optimization progress and result options for optimization task
To specify these options, in the Response Optimization tab, click
Options to open the Response
Optimization Options dialog box. In the General Options
tab, specify the optimization progress and result options. For details about the
options, click the Help button.
Optimization method and termination options
Specify these options in the Optimization Options tab of the Response Optimization Options dialog box.
Parallel computing options
Specify these options in the Parallel Options tab of the Response Optimization Options dialog box. For details about the options, see Optimize Design Using Parallel Computing (GUI).
Linearization options
Specify these options in the Linearization Options tab of the Response Optimization Options dialog box.
