Read output messages from job run in CJS cluster
str = getDebugLog(cluster,job_or_task)

| Object identifying job or task whose messages you want. |
str = getDebugLog(cluster,job_or_task)
returns any output written to the standard output or standard error stream by the
job or task identified by job_or_task, being run in the cluster
identified by cluster.
This example shows how to create and submit a communicating job, and how to
retrieve the job’s debug log. Assume that you already have a cluster profile called
My3pCluster that defines the properties of the cluster.
