Specify number of frames that must be acquired before frames acquired event is generated
The FramesAcquiredFcnCount property specifies
the number of frames to acquire from the selected video source before
a frames acquired event is generated.
The object generates a frames acquired event immediately after
the number of frames specified by FramesAcquiredFcnCount is
acquired from the selected video source.
