If a code replacement library is not listed as a configuration option or does not appear in the Code Replacement Viewer:
Refresh the library registration information within
the current MATLAB session (RTW.TargetRegistry.getInstance('reset'); or
for the Simulink® environment,sl_refresh_customizations).
See whether the registration file, rtwTargetInfo.m,
contains an error.
