This text file is the "third-party-programs.txt" file specified in the accompanying End User License Agreement for the Intel(R) Software Development Products ("Agreement"). All capitalized terms used but not defined in this text file have the same meaning as specified in the Agreement.

The Third Party Programs files and the corresponding third party licenses are listed below.  As specified in the Agreement, the listed Third Party Programs files are subject to the corresponding third party licenses that solely and exclusively govern Your use of the Third Party Programs.

This third-party-programs.txt file applies to Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2019 Update 4

This third-party-programs.txt file contains a list of licenses and links to the Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE components' third-party-programs.txt files.

The combination of all these files covers Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2019 Update 4 Composer, Professional and Cluster Editions.

All paths are relative to the Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE installation directory. By default, it is /opt/intel
