Build (in both debug and release):
      pythoncore
      python
      pythonw
      (note: this causes other things to be built as well)

Warning: this is a minimal python build

Make a top level "libs" directory
     copy python25.lib and python25_d.lib there

Copy python.exe python_d.exe to top level directory
Copy .dlls to top level directory

Copy pyconfig.h from PC to includes
